For nearly 30 years, Adam has focused his practice on issues arising under the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act. He represents employers, insurance companies and third party administrators providing effective, result oriented advice.
Adam regularly litigates before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission, allowing him to offer advice informed by experience. In addition to litigating claims, Adam regularly mediates cases with his clients. He adopts a team approach and communicates with his clients to develop the best strategy for the individual claim under review.
With a statewide practice, Adam is familiar with Deputy Commissioners, attorneys, and physicians throughout the Commonwealth, allowing him to provide his clients with cost effective and informed guidance.
