Ashley has a multifaceted practice. When faced with a Board complaint or litigation and your livelihood is at stake, experience matters. Ashley has appeared in both state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and D.C. and has successfully represented professionals before a vast array of regulatory bodies, including the Board of Medicine, Board of Veterinary Medicine, Board of Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Certified Interior Designers and Landscape Architects, and other boards within the Virginia Department of Occupational Professions (DPOR). Likewise, she routinely assists clients with multi-jurisdictional practices, obtaining and maintaining licenses throughout the United States.

Ashley also represents transportation providers (buses, taxis, and both emergency and non-emergency carriers) in complex personal injury claims throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. She provides vigorous yet efficient representation, using her unique skillset developed through years of experience defending common carriers and private transportation entities.

Ashley earned her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she received the Orrell-Brown Award for Clinical Excellence, multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Ashley was a member of and Chancellor of the Exchequer for the McNeill Law Society (an honorary academic society reserved for the top 10% of the law school class), among other organizations, and served as the Symposium Chair for the University of Richmond Law School Council of the Virginia Bar Association, and a Manuscripts Editor with the University of Richmond’s Journal of Global Law and Business. Immediately prior to law school, Ashley earned her B.A. with distinction from the University of Virginia where she double majored in Political Theory and Psychology.

Ashley and her husband, Cody, are the proud parents of five children. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering for her children in sports and extracurricular activities. Ashley is also active in her church, where she leads the children's ministry and serves as the youth minister.
