When asked about remote workers who disappear during the day, Leah says it’s not a remote work issue, “The real issue is performance management. Our take is, ‘pick your battles.’ If you’ve got an employee who is getting all of their work done, the benefit of working from home is the flexibility… But if you start to see a performance issue, investigate.”
