About the PLS certification and the IAPP

The Privacy Law Specialist certification is administered by the International Association of Privacy Professionals and accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA), which marks the 15th legal specialty accredited by this institution. The credential is available to attorneys admitted to a U.S. state bar who pass the CIPP/US exam, as well as either the CIPM or the CIPT programs.
