Donna Groves Named Among Virginia Lawyers Weekly’s 2024 Unsung Legal Heroes

Woods Rogers congratulates Manager of Billing Donna Groves for being named among Virginia Lawyers Weekly’s 2024 Unsung Legal Heroes.

Unsung Legal Heroes awards honor law firm employees in several categories – from IT and operations to paralegals and marketing professionals – for their dedication, passion, and hard work.

Donna began her career at the firm as a part-time assistant in 2007 and quickly distinguished herself as a dedicated, hard-working employee. Highly organized and efficient, Donna soon transitioned to the role of Billing Assistant and then, Billing Manager in 2019. 

“Donna’s can-do attitude and relentless optimism are well matched to the Woods Rogers culture and service model,” said Executive Director Paul Julius. “If she does not know an answer to a question, she will research and find it. She takes the initiative to find ways to improve the process and make it better for all involved.”
