Fourd Kemper and Nathan Evans Named as Principals

Attorneys Fourd Kemper and Nathan Evans are now Principals of the firm in the Roanoke and Charlottesville offices.

Fourd Kemper, who works out of the Roanoke office, focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture and seed capital financing, securities, licensing and other intellectual property matters, and the representation of high-tech entrepreneurs. He is also practice leader of the Emerging Growth team.

Nathan Evans is a registered patent attorney who works out of the Charlottesville office. He counsels clients in all IP-related topics, including litigation, patent preparation and prosecution, opinions, enforcement strategies, and licensing.
