Leah Stiegler and Elizabeth Perrow Honored by Virginia Lawyers Weekly

Recognition

Principal Leah Stiegler was listed among Virginia Lawyers Weekly’s 2025 List of “Influential Women of Law.” Principal Elizabeth Perrow was selected as a member of the “Circle of Excellence.”

The Influential Women of Law award honors “women attorneys and judges for their excellent work on behalf of the justice system and for their clients, their commitment to their communities and their service to the profession.” To be named to this list, attorneys must demonstrate exceptional client work, professional excellence, and commitment to their community. Leah secured her spot on this prestigious list by demonstrating her commitment to her clients and the law every day.

Being named to the list is a one-time honor, so the Circle of Excellence is comprised of former Influential Women honorees selected for their sustained level of achievement and record of leadership. Elizabeth Perrow was first named to the Influential Women of Law list in 2021. Since then, she has continued to be a tireless advocate for her clients and the legal profession.

Leah Stiegler
A dynamic employment attorney and thought leader, Leah is shaping stronger workplaces across the Mid-Atlantic. Leah credits her success to her passion for employment law and the mentors who invested in her. “The firm allowed me to excel at what I do best,” she says, and she is quick to share that passion with younger attorneys coming up behind her.
