Patrick Austin Designated Privacy Law Specialist by the International Association of Privacy Professionals
On Tuesday, November 5, Woods Rogers Cybersecurity & Data Privacy attorney Patrick Austin received the International Association of Privacy Professional’s (IAPP) Privacy Law Specialist designation. With this elite designation, Patrick verifies he has met the rigorous experience and knowledge requirements and distinguishes himself as a leader in the Privacy Law industry.

Patrick’s new designation continues to solidify Woods Rogers leadership in the privacy space, with a majority of the Woods Rogers privacy team carrying credentials from the IAPP.
The Privacy Law Specialist certification is administered by the IAPP and accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA), which marks the 15th legal specialty accredited by this institution. The credential is available to attorneys admitted to a U.S. state bar who pass the CIPP/US exam, as well as either the CIPM or the CIPT programs.
