Patrick Bolling Named to Forty Under 40 List

Patrick Bolling was selected among Virginia Business’ inaugural Forty Under 40 List for 2025.

As a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group, professionals across the nation depend on Patrick to help them resolve personnel matters of every variety.

Patrick’s dedication to his clients and profession led to recognition as a rising leader. In January 2024, Patrick was awarded the Emerson G. Spies award by the Virginia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, which recognizes an individual YLD member for enthusiasm, loyalty, and dedication in the work of the VBA during a given year. He also served as Chair of the Virginia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division when the American Bar Association presented the organization with four awards in 2023.

Forty Under 40 recognizes exceptional young professionals under 40 years old. Honorees were selected by the editorial team of Virginia Business based on their professional accomplishments, community service, and commitment to inspiring change.

The honorees will be recognized on May 12 at a celebration at The Westin Richmond, 6631 West Broad Street. Additionally, winners will be profiled in a magazine that will be inserted into the May issue of Virginia Business.
