Tim is a registered patent attorney with a focus on electrical, software, mechanical, biomedical, videogame, entertainment, and business method patents, and has experience working in various industries, including high tech start-ups. He has a unique background in engineering and entrepreneurship, founding several technology start-ups himself, which allows him to understand the technical and business challenges faced by his clients. This combination of expertise makes him a valuable advisor to inventors, entrepreneurs, and business leaders seeking to protect their intellectual property.
Jed Donaldson (Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights)
Jed focuses on commercial bankruptcy, restructuring transactions, out-of-court workouts, and insolvency-related litigation. He has experience guiding all types of stakeholders, including creditors, debtors, asset-purchasers, equipment lessors, trade vendors, committees, landlords, debtor-in-possession lenders, trustees, and agents across a variety of industries, including retail, coal, energy, consumer goods, manufacturing, aviation, and construction. Jed maintains a national practice, having appeared in courts in Virginia, Delaware, Texas, New Jersey, and New York, among others.
Brooke C. Rosen (Private Client Services)
Brooke's practice focuses on family and domestic law. She assists high-net-worth individuals with their complex domestic matters, including divorces and post-separation support modifications. She also has extensive experience representing closely-held business owners. Brooke is a strong proponent of the Collaborative Divorce Process and she is a trained Collaborative Divorce Professional.
