We provide legal advice and assistance to businesses and individuals seeking to obtain or maintain licensure with state regulatory boards, such as the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, Virginia Board of Accountancy, Virginia Bureau of Insurance, Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, and Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority, including but not limited to licenses for various professionals, contractors, other trades and occupations, motor vehicle manufacturers and dealerships, and alcoholic beverage distributors.
