Under Barbara's direction, Woods Rogers Business Services provides ancillary services that complement the firm’s core legal services provided by our attorneys. Woods Rogers Business Services cultivates a full-service experience for our clients by including turnkey registered agent service and Corporate Transparency Act compliance services under the same roof where their legal needs are met.
Barbara brings a breadth and depth of legal experience to her role. She has previously worked as a paralegal and as a lawyer and has experience on both the litigation and business sides of the house. This gives her the unique ability to triage client requirements, prioritize their needs, and create clear and practical solutions.
Barbara has been with the firm since 2016 and has been recognized for her attention to detail, strategic thinking, and approachable attitude.
Barbara has the travel bug and is usually planning her next adventure. Between trips, Barbara enjoys playing Mah Jongg with her grandmother's antique set, competing in a shuffleboard league, and spoiling her rescue pup, Chance.
