Bryant focuses on adding value for his commercial real estate and corporate clients. His real estate and real estate finance experience include representation of buyers, sellers, and lenders in acquisition, development, construction, leasing, and financing of residential, commercial, industrial, waterfront industrial, environmentally impacted real estate, and riparian rights.

Corporate experience includes stock and asset-based transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, operating and shareholder agreements, bank and venture capital financing, and SBA and SDB transactions.

Bryant has represented buyers, sellers, and lenders in the acquisition, chartering, and financing of pleasure and commercial vessels. His experience includes Jones Act qualification.

His creditor’s rights experience includes commercial loan workouts, forbearance agreements, real estate and UCC foreclosure sales, disposition of REO, and participation agreements. He has represented both debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.

In the area of marine terminal law, Bryant has represented terminal operators in connection with service agreements with ocean carriers, Shipping Act anti-trust exemptions and FMC compliance, tax issues, and chassis pool architecture, agreements, and insurance.

Bryant and his wife Martha enjoy the perks of living in Virginia Beach. They can be found enjoying the surf when time allows, but their primary passion is Christian community and support for classical education.
