On the other hand, he has worked closely with small businesses in their real estate needs, including negotiating leases, helping an individual property investors, and helping companies with their relocation needs.

In addition, Daniel frequently assists clients with their general corporate and business legal needs, whether related to real estate ventures or not. On numerous occasions, he has assisted clients with selling or buying businesses, setting up new business ventures, and advising on pre-litigation disputes. As a former law clerk in the Virginia Beach Circuit Court, Daniel also has a familiarity with litigation that assists him in giving well-rounded advice on pre-litigation and transactional matters.

Daniel received his J.D. from Regent University School of Law, graduating first in his class. He has been a life-long resident of Hampton Roads and is passionate about serving its community.

In the mornings, you’ll find Daniel lifting weights in his garage gym while his toddler son kicks a soccer ball in the yard or digs a hole for some reason (typical toddler boy stuff).
