Dawn is responsible for the oversight of the firm's compensation and benefits programs and HR Information Systems. Dawn joined the firm in 1995 as a staff accountant and advanced her career over the years to her current role. Dawn works directly with the Director of Human Resources, the Benefits Committee, and the Compensation Committee. She continues to seek the best available benefits and opportunities for the firm.
Dawn serves on the Botetourt County Public Schools Education Foundation, Inc. and the Limestone Park Ministries Inc. Board of Directors, two non-profits in Botetourt County. She is passionate about serving the community where she resides and enjoys the small-town vibe.
