Geoff's taxation practice focuses on federal, state and local taxation for businesses and individuals. His business practice focuses on closely held corporate and limited liability company issues, with an emphasis on business succession planning, and is part of the firm’s M&A team. His employee benefits practice concentrates on qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, executive compensation, and welfare benefits, including multiemployer plans and governmental plans. Geoff assists his clients with estate planning needs and also represents tax-exempt organizations.
