George focuses his practice on construction law, architectural construction issues, public contracts and community associations with construction issues. George's 21 years of experience as a licensed architect include a full range of architectural services including project design, drawing / specification / contract preparation, coordination and knowledge of consulting engineers, construction estimating, shop drawing review, and construction administration on commercial, institutional, and residential project types.
On construction related issues, George also provides his clients with unique knowledge with his extensive experience as a building forensic architect, which includes the analysis of a broad range of building forensic issues, including building/material defects, building systems/component failure, building envelope issues including moisture/air infiltration/recladding, building code violations, roofing failures, settlement damage, and accessibility (ADA) issues and violations.
George's clients gain the benefit of his unique skill set with a keen understanding and appreciation for their construction issues paired with the ability to field assess known and as yet unknown concerns firsthand under a hard hat.
With a background in and love of architecture, George and his wife and family members are on the constant march to visit historic as well as not so historic buildings and sites in Europe and stateside.
In the brief moments between travel, he's following soccer, baseball, ice hockey, live music and theater, and of course Formula 1 car racing along with his trusty golden retriever, Teddie.
