
Henry advises employers across the country on a variety of labor and employment matters, including compliance with employment laws, dispute resolution, and labor/management concerns.

Henry focuses on protecting businesses against employment claims, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. To prevent employment-related issues before they occur, he advises employers on matters including hiring, discipline, termination, compliance with state wage and hour laws, and labor relations. If claims do arise, Henry defends his clients before professional boards and in state and federal courts.
Before joining Woods Rogers, Henry defended clients from tort liability and professional liability claims in addition to his employment law practice.
While attending the William & Mary School of Law, Henry was a member of the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review.
During his time at Baylor University, Henry was a four-year member of the track & field cross-country teams. He still enjoys running as well as hiking and playing the piano.
