Mollie has extensive experience representing healthcare providers in medical malpractice actions throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. She also represents providers in matters in front of the Virginia Department of Health Professions. Mollie has a subspecialty involving HIPAA compliance and frequently advises institutions and individual providers on HIPPA related matters. Mollie enjoys working with clients to formulate plans that reduce exposure to all forms of litigation.

Mollie is often asked to present to professional groups on subjects related to her practice. She also provides continuing legal education to attorneys on matters related to healthcare law. She was appointed by the Virginia State Bar to formulate and co-author the first edition of Principles of Cooperation for Physicians and Attorneys in the Commonwealth of Virginia as Promulgated by the Medical Society of Virginia and the Virginia State Bar. She is a co-author, Chapter 4, of Medical Malpractice Law in Virginia, Virginia Continuing Legal Education.

Mollie is active in her community, volunteering her time to several organizations. Since 2011, she has received the President's Volunteer Service Award, typically volunteering over 100 hours a year. Mollie stays active playing in her weekly tennis and pickleball groups.

Mollie is the proud mother of three sons – all three graduates of University of Virginia.  She and her husband have been football season ticket holders for almost three decades and enjoy Charlottesville on football weekends.  Mollie also has a special fondness for University of Richmond School of Law where she has served on the Law School Alumni Board and the Century of Women Leadership Committee.
