Get To Know Nathalie
As a paralegal in the Corporate & Business Transactions group, Nathalie's primary duties include but are not limited to the formation and qualification of corporations, limited liability companies, and nonprofit organizations; ancillary tasks include ensuring corporate compliancy for clients in various jurisdictions.
Not one to miss an opportunity to contribute to the Woods Rogers team, she also helps alleviate the workload of attorneys outside of her primary practice group by assisting with mechanic’s liens, estate work, and the navigation of apostille requirements at the state and federal level.
Outside of work, weather permitting, Nathalie rides her Kawasaki Z650 motorcycle alongside her husband, Casey, who rides a Triumph Speedmaster. If the weather is not conducive to riding, she likes playing video games with Casey and fellow gamers while streaming on Twitch. Her favorite game to play is Destiny, a hybrid online multi-player RPG (role playing game) and first-person shooter released in 2014.
When not working, riding, or playing video games, she likes to read sci-fi novels, traverse obstacles and zipline at the Adventure Park in Virginia Beach, go-cart racing, rollerblading, and trying (unsuccessfully) to cultivate beautiful flowers in the backyard. Nathalie resides in Virginia Beach with Casey, daughter Helena, cat Rocks, and dog Banshee (who loves to trample on her flowers).
