Clients rely on Nicole to assist them with commercial real estate and finance transactions. Nicole has extensive experience in commercial real estate purchases and sales, commercial development and complex financings. She routinely serves as counsel to hospitals, universities, colleges, trustees and others in bond transactions.

Nicole handles a broad range of business law matters, including HUD loans, aircraft purchases and sales, business formations, and open-space donations.

Prior to joining Woods Rogers, Nicole was senior staff attorney for Advance Auto Parts Inc., a Fortune 500 company, where she handled commercial real estate purchases, sales, and leases, as well as contract negotiations and counseling of internal clients. She started her career as an associate at Murtha Cullina LLP, a law firm with offices in Boston and Hartford, Conn.

Nicole received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia with distinction. She also earned her law degree from the University of Virginia. Nicole has been recognized as a Legal Elite by Virginia Business magazine.

Nicole was recently named as a faculty member for the Virginia State Bar Professionalism Course and is a current member of the Executive Committee for Boys and Girls Clubs of Southwest Virginia. She also served on the board of directors of Junior Achievement of Southwest Virginia and the Business Hall of Fame Planning Committee.
