Robert "J" Stinnette

Robert ("J") is a career legal technology professional having worked in eDiscovery and computer forensics since 2004. J joined Woods Rogers in 2015 as the legal technology manager.

J is well versed in data collection, document review platforms and other related applications, including Casepoint eDiscovery, Relativity, Disco, AccessData Forensic Toolkit, Encase, and Paraben device seizure.

He developed a series of unique computer forensic hardware systems and procedures for use by local, state, federal agencies and military commands throughout the United States and parts of Europe. He traveled to Prague, Czech Republic and Warsaw, Poland as a guest speaker and presenter to allied intelligence personnel. 

With his experience in data forensics, collection, recovery, and eDiscovery field, J has been involved in hundreds of cases working with law enforcement, task forces, agencies, and law firms throughout all stages of electronic discovery, including but not limited to: the identification, collection, processing, review, investigation, and production of data or documents in matters ranging from child protective services, bank fraud, family law, employment, construction and contract law.

At Woods Rogers, J assists trial teams, attorneys, paralegals, and clients with all aspects of litigation technology, data collection, custody control, review and document production with matters ranging from small datasets to datasets comprised of millions of documents.
