Tanya manages the Conflicts team's workflow and assists with the intake process. She oversees law library publications, resources and research, and maintains a positive working relationship with contracted vendors. Tanya plays a vital role in establishing and implementing policies and procedures for document management and retention and has made significant strides in reducing storage and disposal costs throughout the firm.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Tanya was employed as a school librarian, drama director, and music teacher for a local private school. However, she gained her expertise in records management and passion for the legal field through her role as Assistant to the Deputy Chief U.S. Probation Officer for the Western District of Virginia, where she worked for 12 years before leaving to start a family. She received training at the Cardinal Criminal Justice Academy, in Salem, Virginia, and has certifications in VCIN/NCIC background checks, and records management and disaster preparedness certifications through the National Archives and Records Administration. She has also worked at the Office of Personnel Management in Washington, D.C., where she assisted with the development of a national FBI records database.

Tanya is a native of Botetourt County. She is an action movie junkie who loves animals and enjoys playing the piano, kayaking, horseback riding, ATVs, camping, church activities, and spending time with family.
