Get To Know Terry
Terry is responsible for recruiting top talent to join the firm. She has worked in an Executive Recruiting capacity since the mid 90s. Her expertise in acquiring highly qualified candidates, expeditiously, is an asset to the firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Terry worked in the manufacturing industry with in-house legal counsel, recruiting both attorneys and legal staff.
Terry is certified in behavioral interviewing, a LinkedIn Recruiter Power User, and a social media recruiting expert. She is also a Professional Certified Coach.
Terry spends as much down time as possible in the Pennsylvania Poconos with her family and pet dachshunds. Her favorite time of year is the summer when the fishing is abundant and the beaches are crowded and filled with close neighbors. Terry's second favorite location is the Caribbean, where she has visited over 25 times. Terry is an avid reader, mostly of non-fiction work, and enjoys pilates, cooking and trying new restaurants.
