Timothy has experience representing secured and unsecured lenders in out-of-court workouts, bankruptcy cases, and state court litigation.

Timothy joined the firm after completing a two-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable H. Christopher Mott of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas. He also served as an extern for the Honorable Gregory R. Schaaf of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and as an intern for the Honorable Gregory F. Van Tatenhove of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.

Timothy completed undergraduate studies at Southern Illinois University, earning a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in economics. Timothy graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he served as a production editor for the Kentucky Law Journal.

Timothy grew up in Southern Illinois and after detours in Los Angeles, California, Chicago, Illinois, Austin, Texas, and Lexington, Kentucky, he finally found "home" in Roanoke, Virginia with Woods Rogers. Timothy, along with his wife and daughter, enjoys reading, hiking, running, and spending time with his dog and cat.
