Tracey has more than 45 years of experience in the areas of business and corporate law, real estate, taxation, and trusts and estates law.

He has advised clients across a range of business and personal matters from public and private offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, tax-exempt bond financings, and personal estate planning, to tax-oriented real estate development.

Tracey holds a Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished Peer Review rating. He is a member of the Edmunds & Williams team that joined Woods Rogers when the two firms merged in October of 2016.
